Marc Gaudet
Marc Gaudet was an actor in Vancouver for 25 years having booked numerous Film, TV, and commercials roles. His knowledge and experience of the ins & outs of being a working actor is second to none in Vancouver. Marc created, owned and operated ActorVan Studios running hundreds of casting director workshops, classes, and coaching sessions. More importantly, he’s open, approachable, and keen on building solid rapport with his actors. Marc firmly believes there are 1000 characters in all of us!
Melissa Schreder
My name is Melissa, and I bring a deep passion for the film industry along with a people-first, results-driven approach to my work as a talent agent. I have over 15 years of experience in the film industry, 4 of those years as a Principal Agent, where I successfully represented talent across Commercial, Television, Film, and Voice Over.
In addition to my industry experience, I have a professional background as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse. This has strongly shaped my ability to build respectful rapport, empathize with others, and advocate effectively for the talent I represent. I am known for developing strong, lasting relationships with both casting directors and clients, and for maintaining clear, professional communication in a fast-paced environment.
During my time as an agent, I was highly successful in booking talent on a wide range of projects throughout the province. I worked extensively across the casting platforms, with the top industry casting directors and take great pride in helping clients secure meaningful opportunities while building sustainable, long-term careers.
I am genuinely passionate about this industry and thrive on the creativity, collaboration, and relationships that drive it. Supporting talent, fostering trust, and contributing positively to the industry is what motivates me, and I am excited to continue growing and contributing as a talent agent

Sandra Skinner spent 28 years as the proud owner of a successful men’s boutique before deciding to explore a new creative path in the film industry. What started as a curiosity quickly turned into a passion when she discovered background acting. For the next 10 years, she immersed herself in the world of film and television, embracing the magic of storytelling and the joy of “playing make-believe” on set.
With a decade of on-set experience, Sandra now works as a background talent agent, where she loves mentoring and guiding new performers. She’s passionate about helping others break into the industry and sharing the knowledge she gained from years behind the scenes.
